Shipping policy

Greenway is committed to the health and well-being of our team and loyal customers during these unprecedented times. We are working to ship orders as quickly as possible. You may experience delays for shipping so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.

Please note: By selecting ‘Media Mail’, you are opting out of USPS insurance for your order. Although we do not experience lost packages often, there is always a possibility. T-Shirts & Apparel are not eligible for Media Mail

Has my order shipped?
Please check to see if what you ordered is a pre-order, those will ship based on the info in the listing. We currently are a one man operation, packing & shipping happens once a week on the weekends. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Thank you for your patience and support of Greenway.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

**Vinyl shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the vinyl arrives at the country of destination and will be the customer's responsibility.

**Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. We are also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

International Shipping:
We are careful to label each item with its proper item value for customs. However, you are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. If you wish us to re-ship the items, you will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the items. If the items arrive to us in new, re-sellable condition, we will refund you for those items, minus a $5 re-stocking fee and the original cost of shipping. Any items that are damaged in return shipments are ineligible for refund. We do not take responsibility for any return packages that are lost in the mail, delivery speed, or handling of return shipments.
