Pressed at Gotta Groove Records by the same incredibly talented team behind the legendary Wax Mage creations. While this is not an official Wax Mage pressing, it’s made by the crew with the expertise to pull off something this unique and amazing.

Tropa Magica was formed by brothers David and Rene Pacheco in 2018. Inspired by the songs and vibes of 90’s East LA backyard quinceañeras, baptisms, family gatherings and DIY punk shows. The band blends in the guitar and rhythms of 60’s Peruvian Cumbias, and 90’s grunge with a neo-psychedelic twist that transports the listener into a tropical psychedelic dance party. Their new album “Bailas Tus Tristezas” is the latest representation of where their sonic palette has evolved into.

Pre-order fulfillment can be affected by manufacturing issues outside of our control. In the rare event that we do not receive the stock we ordered and are unable to fulfill your order, you will be refunded for the affected item.
All pre-order sales are otherwise final.
We estimate that this release will ship by the end of December. Due to the handmade nature of this product and the complexity of the pressing technique, production timelines can vary. While we expect to ship by the end of the year, there is a possibility that fulfillment could extend into early 2027. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
